The official travel agent for hotel reservations is RIVATOUR. We are pleased to offer special rates in a wide choice of hotels, located in Riva del Garda, Arco and Torbole, for the convenience of the participants already registered in the conference. A free shuttle service from/to hotels located in Arco/Torbole and the conference site (5 min. drive) will be provided. The reservation of hotels must be made through the Registration Process, in order to take advantage of these prices. These hotels are to be assigned on first-come first-served basis. Should the requested category be fully booked, RIVATOUR will book you in a different one. The confirmation will be sent from RIVATOUR by fax or email.

Hotels and rates per room per night (breakfast and all taxes included):

Participants wishing to reserve hotel accommodation must be registered in the conference.

The procedure to make a reservation is:

fill the accommodation registration section, selecting the hotel category according to your convenience,
submit it, the submission process will send you an e-mail with a copy of your reservation (PDF),
print and complete the card numbers in the reservation copy
fax the reservation copy no later than July 1st, 2006 to RIVATOUR

Upon reservation the payment of the total stay is required. This payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card.

BUS SERVICE

RIVATOUR will provide a transportation link from/to Verona airport-Riva del Garda and from/to Rovereto railways station -Riva del Garda.

Fares:
single ticket Verona/ Riva del Garda : € 25,00 per person
single ticket Rovereto / Riva del Garda : € 10,00 per person

The bus service will be organized for a minimum of 25 participants, in connection with the main domestic/international flights on these dates:

Verona airport / Rovereto railways station Riva del Garda Sunday, August 27th
Tuesday, August 29th

Riva del Garda Verona airport / Rovereto railways station Friday, September 1st (evening)

RIVATOUR will send confirmation directly to the participants, bus schedule and details within the first week of August.
Upon reservation, the payment of the total fare is required (see accommodation form).

Upon request (and considering a minimum of 25 requests), a transport service from/to a different airport and/or in different days (in connection with the conference dates) can be organized.

Deadlines and Cancellation

The deadline for the reservation of accomodation is July 1st, 2006. After this deadline we can not guarantee neither these hotels, nor these room rates.

All cancellations/amendments must be done in written (fax, letter or e-mail), directly to RIVATOUR. In case of hotel cancellations, the following cancellation fees will be applied:

If cancellation notification is received:

• Until July 24th ---------------------------------------------- € 20,00 per person
• Until August 18th ------------------------------------------- 1 overnight will be charged
• From August 19th onwards (or no show) ------------------- 3 overnight will be charged
